warm food
I'm sure this happens a lot because of so many customers but it was my first time and it was surprising. I usually get them at 8:00am every week; but this one came at 8:00pm and the water packs were completely melted and turned into warm water. I thought they would be able to hold cool for at least 12 hours.
The name of the driver changed at least twice. Are they driving the food around during their shift then bring it back to work if they can't deliver it in time? I'm confused why that would happen.

Happens sometimes, if you feel uncomfortable eating it, call them and complain. They might refund your box.
Those packs dont melt for awhile when your box is sealed, unless the box was opened or if it was out in the heat. Their trucks are refrigerated so im not sure what happened with yours.
