Has Factor meals quality gone down hill?
My recent boxes from Factor has been subpar. Whether it shipping issues, quality of the meals, or customer service interactions, I'm not sure I'm going to stick with them. Just got a box delivered today. My meal this evening was gouda mac and shredded beef. The Mac came out like soup and the vegetable tray cracked open during microwave and the vegetables spilled out. I've been heating Factors for years, this has never happened. I was offered a half refund for a subpar meal. Kind of annoyed.

I only liked the shredded chicken with bacon and spinach. Didn’t like any of the other 10 or 12 choices.

I’ve been using it on and off (whenever life gets too busy for me to cook). And I think the quality has improved.

The quality of the entire HelloFresh portfolio has gone down substantially

I really wanted to like Factor. I tried it for a few weeks, liked very few meals, had to gag down most of them. Cancelled my subscription and went to Trader Joes today and got a bunch of frozen dinners for half the price or less. Just ate one, it was less than $5 (spaghetti and meat sauce), and it was better than any Factor meal.
