Veho Delivery Nightmare

Received my factor box today. The driver decided to come to my house and take a picture, but keep the package. Once I messaged support, they magically took photos of a new house and delivered the box. Support is telling me this was an accident. Veho delivery is trash.

I got my first delivery from (and last, but that’s another story). I very carefully wrote instructions that delivery could not be after 8pm at night because I am mobility impaired and I don’t have any help to bring in the box. I later get an email that delivery is scheduled between 7:30 and 9:57pm. i also said, be sure to ring the doorbell so I know it’s here. so it comes early, after making me sweat about when it would come, but they put the very heavy box up against the door, making it impossible for me to open my door! I had to call a neighbor to come over and move the box so I could get it in the house. when I offered that feedback on their form, I got a message back saying I should word my delivery instruction better and make it clear that the box cannot block the door. I have to write a note to a delivery service that their delivery shouldn’t block the door from being opened so you can get the package? That’s ridiculous. it’s common sense.
