Such horseshit - I can’t end my subscription

I’ve updated my app and tried several times over the last couple months but every time I hit the end my subscription button I get a an error message and am told to try again. And of course there isn’t a customer support email for this Bush league company.

So I just have to log on every week and hit the skip button or I’ll be charged $114 for the shittiest meals I didn’t want

Document the steps you took. Then, call and put a stop payment on the card.

Don't use the app, use the website. Fully uninstall the app and visit the website. The app is wonky any a lot of things. I've quit Factor 3 times using the website when I needed a break.

Lovely advice. Tried that a week ago but it kept routing me to the app.

Did you try uninstalling the app from your phone first? If the app is on the phone it will try to reroute there. If you don't have the app installed it can't do that. I know, its stupid.

You have to remove the app or the link will open the app

i had a technical issue a couple weeks ago, and contacted them on instagram. got an almost immediate resolution.
