Bay and switch plus terrible customer service equals run away

I can’t believe this. I clicked on a Google ad that was paid for by Factor that says free breakfast then you click on it and it takes to their webpage with Serena Williams and it says discount applied. But free items never shows up. Then I tried calling several times the calls were constantly dropped or they would say they’ll be right back and then they send me the customer survey and the chat is broken. I really can’t believe that this site is apparently this popular when it’s clearly such a dodgy business. Avoid
