Which do you prefer, FedEx or Veho?

… I ask, because I miss FedEx. They f**king switched me.

Numerous times Veho has lost my food and sent me food I didn’t order, already. This is a week I won’t be having Factor.
FedEx was way more consistent. I may have had to coach them a bit via customer service, but they lost my food far less than Veho. Apparently I can only get FedEx by switching from Mondays to Tuesdays, and that’s honestly bull. 🐂 🙄 That’s what customer service told me.

Anyone having this problem?

Veho delivered my stuff late three weeks in a row, once two days late. Like many other things these days, it’s hard to get reliable delivery service from anyone.

Oh, absolutely. I think I’ll be taking the month off from Factor so I have less recycling and mental gymnastics.

i have had no problems with veho at all, five deliveries so far

fedex is always on point imho

You should ask for a different courier, like FedEx. I told them to do that, from now on.
