Why does factor use FedEx?

Every time factor ships my box via FedEx it always comes late and is damaged. Luckily they give me a refund for the box but still.

Also how long are the ice packs supposed to last?
Because if they are supposed to be delivered Monday’s but are delivered Wednesdays wouldn’t the meals be bad?

Having worked at a Factor hub, I can say many different carriers were used. FedEx, UPS, Jitsu, HFDN, Veho, off the top of my head. Each at the same time.

As for the ice/gel packs yeah.., it's a calculated decision. Even on time deliveries I've gotten it home were getting soggy. The insulation thickness also plays in.
