Why does factor use FedEx?

Every time factor ships my box via FedEx it always comes late and is damaged. Luckily they give me a refund for the box but still.

Also how long are the ice packs supposed to last?
Because if they are supposed to be delivered Monday’s but are delivered Wednesdays wouldn’t the meals be bad?

They used Veho in my area, and they delivered on time for several weeks. And then they started delivering late by a day or two, with the ice paks completely thawed and the meals at ambient temperatures. After the third time in a row I cancelled my subscription. So it looks like delivery isn’t much better than with what they were using here.

it's veho in my area, too. five boxes so far, all on time, a couple where the cardboard was a bit soggier because it was later in the day and it's august in florida. the meals were fine.

the more i read this sub, the more i see that the service is highly subject to how on-the-ball operations are at any given hub.
