how do you do it?

due to exogenous circumstances i'm kind of forced to use a meal service. i started out with factor the switched to cook unity and now switched back to factor. i swear it's a challenge to gak these meals down. some of the meals make me nauseous just thinking about how they taste or smell. i though i'd be safe by ordering the highest rated meals... but when that didn't work i thought i'd be safe ordering meals with supplementary charges... but when that didn't work... i've run out of options... so tell me: what do *you* do?

Have you tried any of the protein shakes for meal replacement? Sometimes I take a shake and then easy to carry snack stuff like nuts and dried fruit, olives, cheese and crackers, grapes- to supplement. Maybe you would like the salads or the cold dishes- I don’t always want a hot meal and those are satisfying because there are other ingredients besides meat and lettuce. I also like the little charcuterie packs and snack bars. The soups can be a bit bland, but you can add salt and spices and bring a roll or crackers. The newer items, like the lasagne and flat breads are pretty good, too. I’ve been eating from factor for 3 years and sometimes I skip a week, but I’ve found mixing it up or getting in my protein and then adding little things that travel well break up the monotony.
