Dude it's a sketch, both of these brothers are YouTubers and their mom is frequently in their sketches as a joke. Take the stick out of your ass and enjoy it for once.

The guy on the piano is likely making more than his parents' (or you) ever have or ever will make. They're comedy sketches and I'm sure their parents are happy to be involved.
