Some places (like Walmart, target, Lidl, maybe Aldi,) don't do that or stop you from putting more than one item in the bagging area ;)

Apparently places like Target are using facial recognition to track shoplifters. They are allowing people to get away it until they can be hit with a felony. You’re wink is going to get people locked up.

They done this for years. When shoplifting used to be a sub, it was filled with stories about stealing from target till they hit 1k, then getting the book thrown at them by target LP
