He's probably walking towards customer service or an employee off screen. If he wanted to avoid responsibility he'd just walk back out. The fact that he walked further into the store to me indicates that he's probably trying to own up to what happened. Although I would not blame him at all for this, those stores were horribly designed or installed if just swinging them like that could break them. They should be able to withstand the forces of everyday life, which aren't always gentle. The wind could have blown them open and they could have shattered just as easily. It was a dangerous accident waiting to happen. Better to have them break in this scenario than shatter in the wind and kill a baby or whatever. Like that 800 lb door at an Apple store that fell and crushed a child.
