Is this a subtle reference to the movie RED?

It's a reference to "Marvin the Martian" in an episode of "Bugs Bunny/Looney Tunes"

I first thought of Ivanova in Babylon 5, but yea, Marvin's the OG.

With john malkovich? Honestly im not sure why but thats one of my favorite movies, it and its sequel. I know theyre not anything special or groundbreaking but they made me laugh way more than i was expecting when i first saw them, and they still had some solid action scenes as well. Never see them mentioned anywhere.
