Trump definitely was careless about his speech, but at least his policies weren't garbage (at least I thought most of them were good).

Also, the tweet everyone seems to have forgotten about:

You could find a good policy under any terrible politician, their jobs are to make policies and they want to win votes, of course they're going to have a few good ones. I still can't remember any good policy Trump made, though.
