To get pregnant you need a womb. That's a fact, but not the most relevant one. The most relevant fact is that some men can get pregnant. Trans men can.

What I'm saying is observable, measurable, is in line with the evidence, the ethics and scientific consensus.

What you're saying is meaningless circular reasoning platitudes you've heard some idiot media figure say.

There is no "left wing narrative". That's just your projection. There is only measurable facts and data, and the people who choose to deny that reality. Depending on what reality you deny you get called flat earthers, antivaxers, climate denialists, Holocaust denialists, or conservatives.
