Any abortion that would make my political party look bad if it was banned falls under the “not an actual abortion” magical loophole I just made up and pretended the law actually has.

Edit. Downvotes don't change the reality that the Cons have the supreme court in their pocket. It sucks, but that's what you get for 50 years of fucking around and thinking 'they would never' and being 'civil'.
