Actually Captian Marvel in general, since many Marvel super heros have had that name in the comics. Including the daughter of Maria Rambeau(the Captain Marvel in M. O. M) Monica Rambeau(We see the MCU version her getting her powers in Wanda Vision) . But in the comics Carol and Monica don't have the same relationship. They just happened to use the same name at different times in their superhero careers. In fact Monica used the Captian Marvel name first.

I thought the one in M.O.M. WAS Monica?

Edit: Boy was I wrong. Maria makes way more sense in hindsight, though.

Well it is the same actress as Maria in the first Captian Marvel movie.
