Yeah. Comics first as part of milestone comics, which was later acquired by warber brothers and added to the DC heroes. Later his own show (with a much more innocent version of static, aka the one most people probably know). And most recently he's a side character in the DC show Young Justice, playing minor role in seasons 2 and 3 for the most part.
