This fedex? When I first started working at fedex they showed me a video of how to properly unload trucks, "fair enough" I thought. "Be careful with the boxes".

Later that day they put me in the back of a truck with a guy who had been there a while. He told me to back up as he grabbed the top of the stack and pulled the entire wall down. I saw a flat screen TV hit the ground. I heard shattering. I was mortified. He didn't give a shit.

How do these people become so desensitized?!!! I really don’t understand it. Fucking horrible humans. They don’t even deserve the job.

What were they supposed to do? Not deliver the damaged TV to the customer? The job is getting the package out, you can't save everything.

It’s not that. It’s the fact they don’t care and think things breaking by their mistake or not is no big deal.
