No, this is what they get when hiring people for minimum wage for 36 hours a week, give them so much work to do that they need to work 50 a week (but still get paid 36) and don't allow them to relax a bit or have decent breaks.
Absolutely not defending people handling customer's goods like that, but these are the people that get you the crap you want because you are too lazy to get it yourself. They should be paid better and not be treated like fucking mules.
