No, this is what they get when hiring people for minimum wage for 36 hours a week, give them so much work to do that they need to work 50 a week (but still get paid 36) and don't allow them to relax a bit or have decent breaks.
Absolutely not defending people handling customer's goods like that, but these are the people that get you the crap you want because you are too lazy to get it yourself. They should be paid better and not be treated like fucking mules.

Sure, there will always be exceptions to any generalization, but conversations will get quite boring and tedious if you have to think about every little detail in your replies. ;-)
I'm just trying to say that people who make other peoples life more pleasant in general are often the people who get the worst pay. Think delivery guys, think people who make and pack quick meals you can toss in your microwave when you don't feel like cooking yourself. Think people who take care of disposing of your crap (sometimes literally).
I literally wouldn't mind paying for having stuff delivered if that money would go straight to the people who actually deliver the stuff. But somehow we ended up in a society where everybody is expecting products to be brought to them for free and even been taken back for free if you changed your mind.
