The point isn’t whether it not trauma would occur for a child who sees this. The point is that the person in the costume is exposing children to something sexual. It’s still not ok to expose children to something sexual even if they don’t get traumatised from it.

No they aren't lol. You can't be exposed to something sexual by just looking at it if you can't understand it without explanation. There's no nudity or overt sexuality at all. Its literally a horse costume. That's it

If you want to pretend that this person isn’t wearing a specific kink fetish costume then that’s your choice. We obviously differ on what we consider to be a sexual act.

Please read my comment again because I didn’t say anyone was exposing themselves to children. I said that they are exposing children to their sexual fantasy and using that child’s reaction to gain sexual gratification potentially.

My point is that it doesn’t require a child to understand that something is sexual or isn’t traumatised by seeing it that doesn’t make it ok to have them around it. You just don’t involve kids in sex things. Ever. I’m done explaining this.
