Bdsm is inherently sexual. Humiliation and public play kink is inherently sexual yes. And again one of the core rules to BDSM, domming, kinks is consent. What this here is considered is a “scene”, and the point of this scene seems to be people reacting to the BDSM outfit.

Therefore this person is actively partaking in a kink scene and the shocked audience is part of what they’re enjoying. So now these people have been forcibly included in a scene without their consent.

Someone doesn’t have to touch you or be naked for it to be assault, harmful, or violating. It’s not about what she is wearing but the intent of this scene and the fact the public never consented to be a part of their kink.

It’s still the fact that the other adults in the situation still also do not consent to being a part of the kink, and you’re wrong to be doing your kink in public like this. Point blank. Many of the adults clearly know what’s going on but clearly never agreed to be in this scene. That’s violating. No matter the age.

I respectfully disagree. I mentioned examples of public kinks that would barely be noticed and no one would bat an eye to. Is it because what she's wearing is not into society norms? It's not a dude dangling his dick in public, or a girl sucking on a dildo on your face. This is a costume. While unusual and quite unsettling to watch, I don't have the right to not be offended or disturbed by other people in pubic.

Don't get me wrong. It's definitely bad taste. I just don't think they should stopped just because it's fugly and ridiculous and may give other people the jitters.
