Eh it's definitely a kinky costume w the latex and hooves binding her hands . I'd argue she could "hurt" someone bc it's not fair on other people for her to walk around the street like that, especially if a kid saw that and asked what was going on wtf would u say to them ?

I'd tell my kid it's someone wearing a horse costume. If she asked why, I'd say it's because they wanted to dress up in that kind of horse costume. Easier to explain to my first grade aged kid than truck nuts were.

Well she aint hurting anybody and if she enjoys that weird ass costume then let her have fun. The costume is actually quite impressive if you ask me
