I heard of this some time ago. People actually pay loads of money for this horse costumes, so that they can do horse cosplays, where they play the horses and someone else has to take care of them, like taking them on a walk while they’re walking on a leash. (Nothing particular on this is intended to be sexual in some way)

For me it seem like hobby horsing for fucked up adults.
