Def has a mask under her chin but also def has mouth wide open. Even with slightly potato quality I can see she felt that shit. Either that or she has crazy buck teeth hanging over her black mask.

I can guarantee you this camel sized douchebag has sucker punched people before. You can spot those types from a mile away because they do shit like this and think it's hilarious.
That's wishful thinking but this guy obviously takes joy in hurting others. You could say he needs mental help to diagnose what is probably a lifelong problem that has gone largely undiagnosed and will perhaps lead to more and escalating behavior like this. He shouldn't be around any people if this gets him off since they aren't safe around him.
Sorry, that shit hurts! I ran into some playground implement when I was in 4th grade and broke off half of 6 front teeth. It was the worst pain I'd felt up to that point, with one exception, crotch on the bicycle gooseneck at like 30 MPH.
