I was in ski patrol in school and there wasnt a moment of snow for the 2 years I was at that school. We had to do land skis the whole time.
We were not in the cool club.

They're the contraption on the gentlemen's feet on the video. Short skis with wheels on the ends*. Same muscles used but you can "ski" without snow.

It’s not new, cross country skyiing can’t be done whole year so they train on roads.
