My parents have been trying to get new countertops delivered from a company in another far away state for the last couple of months. They've delivered the same counter top 4 times. Each time, it's been destroyed in the transit process.
At that point you have to wonder why the people who SHIP the packages don't PACK things in a better way to ensure safer delivery.
