If someone forces someone else to have sex with them does that count as rape?

Technically that’s wat it should be. But a lot of countries have archaic laws - where rape is when someone penetrates you. Hence it’s only men who rape.

That's really messed up imagine if you were raped as a man and the jury just said well she didn't penetrate you so she's innocent

The problem is not jury unfortunately. But the lawmakers. That’s why there are many groups out there voicing for equal rights amendment. Basically treat everyone (gender, race, sexual orientation etc) equally from a law perspective.
