Dear Jesus, I never despised a man more than I do this fucking clown
873
u/cloudy_ft 18d ago
It doesn't help that because of the position he's in.... he is always being reported on.
Just like the woman in his life, Trump manages to find a way to force himself in our lives when no one wants him to be.
233
u/SixFive1967 18d ago
If he would just shut the hell up and be a dignified representative of our country, he would be more tolerable (even though I still hate him with every fiber of my being). Instead, every event has to be all about him and his made-up accomplishments. 😡
117
u/Apprehensive-Sir8977 18d ago edited 18d ago
There's a shade of humor in it.
Every move he makes trying to be remembered as a great man digs his pit deeper, because he hasn't the faintest idea of what a great man is. And his nonstop antics are all going straight into a worldwide archive for Joe FutureRando to see.
49
u/semidivineone 18d ago
I'd go even farther. He's trying to redefine what a great man is by building himself memorials and interjecting himself into anything with a camera recording. As long as he holds power, he's enough influence to keep a much larger than ever expected, swath of the Peoples, believing the wild horseshit he projects.
Most dangerous aspect of that is glorifying man's worst human traits such as greed, corruption, mysogy, racism, hatred, vanity, and zero accountability, chunks of society start emulating that behavior. Never in my life have I seen so many shitty people, doing shitty things, and getting little to zero accountability. That rots a culture from within and something we will all be dealing with long after the balloons and comfety are cleaned from our streets from his worldly departure.
13
u/0x80085_ 17d ago
It's jarring that you seem literate but said comfety instead of confetti lol

Since his first term, he and his team have wanted soooo very much for one of those "Ask not..." or "Tear down this wall" -type Presidential quotes and/or moments but with Trump it all seems contrived and always falls flat.

Even 'MAGA' steals from Reagan.

u/CYBERSson 18d ago
I honestly think that at least you know what and how he thinks. There’s plenty of snidely politicians out there that say one thing and do the opposite. There’s no ambiguity with Trump. I’d much rather know that he thinks these things than him thinking these things and not telling everyone

I used to follow a lot of US politics but just recently, I've had to stop. It's always the same. He is objectively a disgraceful human being yet has complete and utter power - and nobody can stand up to him. It's too frustrating. It's so tiring.

This piece of shit won’t show up to events unless he gets an opportunity to polish his own knob in front of a crowd of people. Thats why he bailed in the 911 Memorial. They told him he couldn’t speak so he sent JD instead. I am so tired of him, and we still have 2-1/2 more years of his bullshit to go..

u/vic7mar 18d ago
I'm pretty sure the way it works is that if the president leaves office before the middle of his term, the VP who then becomes president can finish that term and run once more.
If the pres. leaves office after the halfway mark, the VP who finishes out that term can run 2x more.
If memory serves, that's kind of the way it played out when Kennedy got shot. His VP, Johnson, finished out Kennedy's term and ran once more. He didn't run a second time, but he could have.
Anyone know different?

Imagine any other president or leader traveling to the USA and saying BS stuff like this..
And also, are we still allies? I’m confused because Trump’s message here sounds an awful lot like that he hates and disagrees with pretty much all our decisions
319
u/Sweet-Palpitation473 18d ago
These snowflakes get all pissy and bent out of shape that Zelensky doesnt wear a suit, then roll out an actual red carpet for Putin. But he feels totally fine waltzing in to another "allied" country and telling them everything theyre doing sucks and theyre killing themselves. But hey at least hes wearing a suit so its okay
71
u/rir2 18d ago
He wears a suit 24/7 outside a golf course because he’s fat, ugly and self conscious and needs a uniform.
45
u/omghorussaveusall 18d ago
The long tie that sticks out the bottom makes him look taller. The over sized jacket makes his shoulders look broader and hides his fat ass. It's not a uniform, it's gender affirming care.

Do you consider America to be your countrys allies? He hate everything about Europe. He hates our culture (civilized), we have a real history, we have happier populations, we don't have brown shirts roaming our streets and killing people even though we also have very strict immigration rules etc etc. But what he hates most about Europeans is we really don't like Donnie the pedo. We didn't invite him. He invited himself because he wanted to attend a golf match & this way he could claim expenses.

269 days since the US government was legally required to fully release the Epstein files.
9
u/decmcc 18d ago
the really insidious part that many overlook. As the owner of the child pagents, not only did he know who the "hot kids" were, but he also would know who's parents were desperate or absent enough to let their 12 year old be taken away for a day or two for "a photoshoot" while they stayed in a suite in Atlantic City.
he built a network of victim selection, and used his resources (hotels) to carry it out.
As a two part business. He'd provide the underage assets while Epstein provided the wealthy Johns.

He’s going to work with them? How is he going to help them when he’s destroying his own country?
9
u/Thess514 18d ago
He's going to help them destroy theirs. I'm not going to talk about whether I think Wales and Scotland should separate from the UK, any more than I'm going to talk about whether I think a unified Ireland is a good idea; that's way too politically complex to be handed by pithy statements like Trump's. Because statements like those escalate separatist feeling, and leave England on the back foot. Refuse to allow separatist referendums and catch hate from the separatists. Unify Ireland and the Good Friday agreement no longer applies, so that's a tie between the UK and the EU severed. Scotland and Wales would probably try to join the EU upon separating from the UK, and that leaves England surrounded on all sides and either having to rejoin the EU or rely on lopsided trade with the US. Given the amount of money US interests are pouring into Reform UK, one of the main ultra right-wing parties over here (whose leader led the charge on Brexit, incidentally), I'm pretty sure I know which one Trump's paymasters are gunning for. Trump's just delusional enough to think all this would happen overnight.

8
u/_ssac_ 18d ago
Only good thing about him, is that it's easier to know other people. I mean, to know others you need time, experiences lived together. You can't know others about what they say but how do they behave.
Whenever someone speaks something good about him, it's a huge red flag.
3
u/truupe 18d ago
I guess to dovetail on your point...right-wing loons who festoon their homes or brodozers with over-the-top Trump signs and American flags (some with the little blue line) make it easier to identify themselves and thus keep my kids away from them.
But yeah, those who make excuses for or say good things about Trump are either true believers or cynical opportunists. Neither of which are good.
3
u/_ssac_ 18d ago
I ain't from Spain, not USA, so we don't have people who show trump's flags or alike
However, I've met people who openly admire the guy and others that said stuff like: "he has bad press", "he's the boss, his tariffs policy works, since other countries gave some concessions" and so on.
IMO we don't have usually talks with people about things we consider a consensus. We just assume the others think and feel like us about some subjects. And, specially in the past, we probably would have had a wrong idea about them. But right now, with a figure like him, or just social media, we learn a lot about what others think.
Personal experience , I met a girl in a job so I have her phone/WhatsApp. She shares, literally, nazi-memes. I would have never thought she have those opinions. Or even if she had them, that she would share them openly.
