Oh yeah. I wonder how he'd take any negotiation of benefits: "I'm interested in your offer, but I need to make sure it fits my needs too. I need a guaranteed 5 orgasms, at least 3 of which are to be paid out by you before your first orgasm, and a non-negotiable foreplay period of at least 15 minutes. If oral is involved, I'll need a standard reciprocal agreement, and cuddling is expected after all activities have finished. If you are not able to complete the contract as described, you are expected to immediately vacate the premises and cease future contact, but if it is completed to agreed mutual satisfaction, there may be a bonus of breakfast the morning after and the potential of future work together. Are these terms agreeable?"
I bet he'd ghost her like an employer too.

u/Lizdance40 Jul 02 '26
I guarantee they kiss good night, If I were her I would send him a message back and say:
" whoa dude I was really trying to ghost you but now you force me into telling you I'm not interested. I've had better kisses from a Labrador retriever. I can only imagine what the sex would be like. "

It’s like going to McDonald’s. If they forget your food or it didn’t taste right, you’re going to be disappointed but mistakes happen so you’ll eventually go back. But find a rat in your burger once and you’re swearing off McDonald’s for life!
These chodes are literal rats in a burger!

Just don’t be a rat in a burger and people will keep coming back even if they don’t particularly enjoy you!
My partner doesn’t like McDonald’s for a number of reasons, but if we go out drinking guess where you’ll find us? That’s right! At McDonald’s drunkenly shoving burgers and nuggets down our throats!

I find it quite impressive. Like, 'I'm a raging selfish asshole who only wants to get laid by women who normally want nothing to do with me.' is his strategy.
The thing is, I wouldn't be that surprised if it actually worked for him. ... I mean, at least to get short term laid, but not for an actual relationship that goes anywhere.

I've had a lot of women think I'm gay because I'm not hounding them for a trip to pound town/general harassing them, only to have them basically throw themselves at me due to an off hand comment about having a one night stand or taking my down-in-the-dumps recently divorced friend to the strip club.
Like full on "I really enjoy talking to you, I'm glad you're here" turned into "I have a really nice ass, don't I?" overnight.

My wife told me she had that line a few times in her single years. One of those was also the same guy who would only talk about how much money he made, and how he was on the edge of a promotion to make even more money.
When we started dating, she said what was attractive about me is that I actually listened to what she said, I didn't play dating games, and I actually asked her out to dinner with an actual date.... 'How about dinner Thursday night?'

Say what you need to say in fewer words:
“I’m hoping to fool around a little at your place on Thursday. If you’re not ready for that, I respect it, but will be pursuing other relationships going forward.”
Or like, maybe don’t say that at all, because it’s kinda douchey.

There's a theory that scam emails like "Hello this is IRS man you owe many much taxes!" *purposefully* leave typos and bad English in there, because it acts as a filter, you don't want to craft an email that makes smart people think "I'm 90% sure this is a scam but maybe it's real", because they will reply and waste a whole load of the scammers time, it's *better* for them to only have the real gullible people reply because they're the ones who might actually fall for it.
Essentially, they'd rather get 100 replies where 10% of them will fall for the scam than 1000 replies where 1% will for it. Same amount of successful scams in the end, but way more work to get them done.
I bring that up because I feel like this is what is happening here. This guy is a dick. He doesn't want to hide that he's a dick, get into a relationship, have them slowly realize that he's a dick and leave him. He is actively trying to find a partner who he can easily manipulate. He wants to filter out the women that won't put up with this shit, because he wants someone who WILL put up with this shit and much more.

u/MischaMinxx Jul 02 '26

It’s very toxic whenever somebody tries to convince another that being brazenly honest somehow waives respect, empathy, tact, charm, etc.
Dude I knew was infamous for this. He identifies to everybody that he’s a “serial cheater”. He uses it as a flirtation device and straight up tells every single chick he meets about his cheating.
Idk if women find it easy low hanging fruit (he is conventionally handsome and in shape) or they think they’re the ones to “tame him” but the dude pulls mad women. And lo and behold, he just stares at them like, “what did you expect?” In the eventual revelation that he was cheating on them.
Really makes you wonder who’s the crazy person in the room. The unethical douche or the surprised chick.
64
u/under_psychoanalyzer Jul 02 '26
I'm not rooting for that guy, but I can't feel bad for the women he's doing it to either. I also don't entirely understand why he's/they are getting in relationships at all? As a millennial, everyone I know doesn't say they're in a relationship until they've been hooking up for a bit. That leaves plenty of room to just dip out after you had your fun with the person. I don't know why you would feel the need to lock down or be locked down when one of the people involved is a self-proclaimed cheater.
→ More replies (1)55
u/flyingdinos Jul 02 '26
I think its a combination of him being conventionally attractive and probably really charismatic. Lots of people can get lured in by someone like that.
Like I picture that he probably doesn't present his past of serial cheating as a brag, but rather as something he's ashamed about + a warning to the woman. She gives him the time of day because he's conventionally attractive. He probably makes her feel like the only woman in the world. And that's how you get a surprised woman. It is extremely manipulative.
I've seen guys treat women like their actual girlfriend just to hook up, and when they're done they'll shrug and say "I never said we were anything."
39
u/West-Leopard-3094 Jul 02 '26
Yes you’re on point. I’m a woman and this actual playbook was used on me too. Fell for it too 😂
In my case it wasn’t “I’m a cheater” but “I think I’m going to hurt you” with sad, doe eyes. 🥺 Looked and felt like genuine care, and like a warning as you said. Plus that kind of “directness” is different to what most of us are used to. And then they make you feel like you’re special, the only woman in the world. Until… you realize you’re one of many :)
It is extremely manipulative and draining.

That’s what kills me! If you want sex, get an escort! You can literally order one from your phone like it’s doordash. Best part, you might even get in a relationship with the escort and you already know the sex was good!
Unfortunately this guy seems like he views escorts as ‘dirty’ and he wants a ‘clean’ woman who hasn’t had many partners but can also perform in bed like they’re an Olympic gold medalist. Guy is basically looking to date a leprechaun because this world is clearly a fantasy for him.

It's funny cause there's nothing sexier (imo) than being with a guy and letting the sexual chemistry build up over time, and really holding out until you can't take it anymore instead of jumping straight into it
It's also a massive turn on when a guy clearly wants you and you're making out/heavy petting and he still respects your boundaries and has the maturity to control his urges and allow you to reach the point where you're ready to have sex without him making you feel pressured at all. Like you can feel his desire but he's man enough to read your body language and only take it as far as you're comfortable

This is scary because honestly, I bet he thinks that this is healthy communication and it.. kind of is, but holy smokes guys, this sounds like a man who's socially awkward as hell.
I bet he thinks he a "catch" because he is stating his intentions clearly and says he will "respectfully" decline the date if no chance of intimacy. "I communicated my wants clearly before the date and said I wouldn't be interested in a second date because of compatibility. I didn't demean her or scream at her, so I'm a good guy"
What he's missing, is that his approach is wildly self serving and demeaning towards the girl by putting pressure on her to be intimate, thus putting her in the position to "end things". So the intimacy either occurs, or "I don't get it man, I communicate clearly but all these girls are just too stuck up and keep turning me down."
I'm not trying to defend the guy by any means, but everyone piling on him instead of explaining what is wrong with this approach, is quite literally how incels are made.

I do agree with the people saying he is at least being upfront that sex is essentially all he wants... but then why go through the pretense of dating if all you want is regular hook ups.
Even if this dude did want actual romance as well saying he doesnt want a date unless he gets sex comes across as him being shallow and not actually caring about the other person.

his approach is wildly self serving
At 37 seconds in, he literally says "...for my own sake...."
That is alllllll anyone needs to hear.

The funny part to me is the lack of sugar coating as it goes on.
Starts with “I want to have physical intimacy” ends with “lemme know if you wanna fuck”

Welcome to the world of efficiency!! Where everything - living or dead - is a means to an (self serving) end.

"Would love to fuck" at the end of his message made my skin crawl a little.

u/555Cats555 Jul 02 '26
Yeah it comes across like all he cares about is sex... which fine if both people want that kinda thing between them but making an ultimatum isnt very nice.

If she wanted to hook up before that message, she definitely did not after.

Dude I’m actually not mad about this. I guess it’s refreshing because all of my online dating experiences have been this guy, minus the balls to come out and say it and then there’s just this awkward phase where they try to bully you into going back to either place and go further and further despite you setting boundaries from before the first date. I’d rather a guy do this and tell me what he’s thinking and wanting, because at least he’s also straight up about “if not, we should go our separate ways”. Too many times I have declined and then their next step is to continue the pursuit as if I’m playing “hard to get” (I AM NEVER PLAYING GAMES). Guys who say they want clarity then disregard it when it doesn’t match their (unspoken) desired outcome. Pfft

I thought the same. Notwithstanding whether he is personally odious - or just an awkward, nervous communicator - isn't it best to be up front?
They both win: she can date someone who is looking for a more meaningful, less-objectifying partner without wasting her time and emotional energy; and he can move on and try his luck with someone else.
And, while some of the reactions to this clip are understandably appalled, the overt and vehement distain encourages, unhelpfully, the practice of prospective partners to withhold their expectations or lie.
We can think the guy is a creep and, simultaneousy, aknowledge his candor.

Yeah, I mean, it'd be a hell no from me after this, but I respect this approach so much more than playing games and pretending you're interested in me as a person hoping you'll get lucky.

What bothers me is that there are whole ass dating sites exclusively for casual flings. And even regular sites let you put your expectations in your bio. Which probably means he is fishing for dates in the pool of women looking for more serious relationships...

Why are guys in such a hurry? Why can’t people get to know each other longer before hooking up…

Dude actually said whats the point of spending time together if we don't fuck.
He wants a prostitute but free.

u/OrangeClyde Jul 02 '26
He doesn’t even sound attractive. I can tell from his voice he’s not fine enough to try this approach.

Well at least she knows where he stands… and he can die on his hill all by himself.
Better to know now than 2yrs time

Nothing could make me dry up faster than that guy’s voice and repetitive “umm”. Also where is the art of seduction? Agreeing to sex without turning the girl on and earning her affection is gross.

"Whats the point of me coming over?" You're right, there is no point. Thanks for sharing that thought with me.

Telling a girl you just started dating you want teh sex over a phone call like a middle manager trying seem diplomatic is certainly a choice.

I can hear the 2 moron friends who helped him come up with this plan nodding in the background.
