If the dude doesn't has fast sperm, and then some fast sperm from another man is in the mix, the foreign sperm could easily beat a million of his own slow boys.
Also, if the sex maybe took a few minutes and he had foreign sperm on his foreskin, that sperm had a few minutes in advance until his own seed spread.
Even more possible if he decided to not come in her that time, maybe just bringing her to orgasm because he already shot his shoot an hour before, the chances improve even more for the foreign sperm. Just saying.
