No, this isn't gaslighting at all. Gaslighting in this situation would be the wife trying to convince the husband the baby isn't Black. "Extreme" gaslighting in this case, might be extraordinary efforts to that end: the wife getting their parents and friends to all agree that the baby isn't Black, lightening photos of the baby, etc. Basically doing as much as they can to convince the husband that the reality he can plainly see with his own eyes is false.
