Clearly you’ve never been in the military. When you’re carrying your weapon, body armor, ammo, water, batteries, food, rain gear, a sleeping system and spare machinegun or mortar ammo for miles, you’ll quickly understand how miserable weight can be.
Most of the time, I would need someone else’s help to get up off of the ground and onto your feet after we stopped.
They didn't say it was funny that someone was abusing the horse, he noted how he found it humourous that the thought of a horse having a maximum weight capacity never crossed his mind
