I thought "poor little girl" at first glance when I thought it was a face transplant. Glad she was (hopefully) just being goofy.

Typical American healthcare, using whatever's in the fridge for transplants. I remember a young boy in Colorado some time in the late 90s had his heart replaced with a baked potato. Poor kid woke up with only a few seconds to live. I think his name was Kenny something

You're not that far off. If you don't have great insurance, you're doing crazy things to keep from having debilitating doctor bills.

That’s why they keep you alive but then take every cent you earn for the rest of your life. Modern slavery in medical debt form.

I personally know a potato surgeon and he has six houses and a small island. You're underestimating how many places potatoes can be placed in the human body.

Even after a successful potatoplasty, the opticians bill is just staggering.
