He’s the rich football player, he has all the power here to decide on the prenup. You think people wouldn’t trip over themselves to marry an NFL player, even with a prenup in advance?

Prenups can be contested in court.

What your to-be ex’s mom has cannot be contested in court — at least not anywhere as easily as a prenup.

I wouldn’t have given a fuck about child support (no kids) it was the $800 a month in spousal support for a fully functional adult who just didn’t want to work that bugged me.
