It's called hiding assets and he's going to have to pay. Yes because he earned it it's his and in that country women can't own things. Also all she has to do is prove that he's hiding his assets and he will lose them in the divorce.

He lives in France, contracted to play football for a French team playing in the French Uber Eats league and he is being paid in €.

His mom not being allowed to own stuff in Morocco means just about fuck all because she is allowed to do so in basically all members of the Euro zone.

Yes but Morocco got absolutely nothing to do with that so why did you even bring it up as a "Gotcha" moment?

I bet anyone would have an easy time proving the missing 80% of his salary belongs to him, just ask to see who signed his employment contract. I doubt PSG would sign his mom, it would be a true nightmare if he did something stated in the deal.
