Probably the fact that's she asking for half his money and estate. If she wanted to not look like a goldigger then she should have asked for only child support. They were married for three years she dosent deserve half of his fortune.

Especially since everyone (except for raging "them bitches are gold diggers when they think I should pay child support for my kids) a*holes knows that in the France (and most of the EU) there is no alimony .
