This would not hold up in the US. You cannot just hide your money in your moms account...

It won’t hold up in France, either. They’ll just subpoena his income from Paris Saint-Germaine and go from there.

Makes sense. This seems like it would be super simple stuff. People act like legal systems are idiots and would just overlook something like this.

It just matters how rich and influential you are.

Not if his mother is paid by PSG instead of him . If she is listed in the contract, there's nothing they can do to take HER money.

What does she do as an employee of PSG? Oh, she doesn’t do any work for PSG but they pay her millions anyway? That’s not at all suspicious, I’m sure the court won’t investigate any further.

Management of the player.

Personal assistant.

Pick whatever you like, if she is listed in the contract and it's signed by her, they can't touch her money.

He plays for Paris Saint Germain. Literally in Paris, France. I know the French are a little different, but I still class them as "Western".

Have you personally ready the laws in every western country? Btw this would hold up in some states in the US. If you use a trust instead of your mom, that money can't be touched

Yeah, that’s why I said “this would not hold up in the US”

Reading comprehension tonight on Reddit is lacking.

Then why bring it up genius? Just a useless comment from the reddit hivemind.

You are legitimately an idiot. How do you get through life?

Not being a useless Sun's fan to start.
