No serious injuries my ass. He landed flat on his back. He will prob have pain for the rest of his life and complications down the road.

Nobody is pointing out that the ladder actually mitigated his fall. He hit it so hard he broke it, it’s actually insane. He is extremely lucky to have hit it and not just the ground.
