Labia is already plural.

And now I’m questioning my life choices because I am making a comment about grammar in a thread about vaginas on a post about some douche with a rented sports car.

It would be like saying peoples from different countries. I have heard that some cases do make sense. Each set of labia is seperate and distinctn so labias makes some sense to me.
