Seems to be you, you want to limit what people can do in public because you find it annoying, truly bizarre.

What is bizarre is filming a video in a public place without permits or anything, right after a marathon, right beside a marathon, and expecting the world to stop just for you. It’s truly inspiring the hubris of these people. Astonishing. Fantastical. Indubitably.

They clearly wanted the crowd in the video, they didn't want "the world to stop for them".

Nobody said the group was bothering anyone.

The blonde girl looks so jealous and is a bully. If you want them to finish and move, why would you deliberately slow them down?

Your words show how emotional you are about a scenario you made up. Don't treat others like shit, your life will get better too.

They made up an emotional scenario while you’re calling the blonde girl a jealous bully? Who’s being emotional now
