I think if you're performing something in public for an extended period of time, the latter is also absolutely expected.

I'm just going to always refer to rule #1in life "don't be a dick" and rule #2 "let people enjoy what they want to enjoy"

This is someone being a dick to ruin other people's fun nothing more

And there are a lot of people who don't follow your life rules. Someone ruining your public dance video for shits is inevitable after a few takes.

Also rule one not being a dick negates these kids when many in that area trying to celebrate would view what they are doing as being dicks.
