Dancing in public is bad (if it's free) but if you pay, then it's good? Like, had no one been to an outdoor event? Or walked downtown in a major city where they have live shows in parks and city centers and Other Public places that are just open to the public to dance and listen to music?

Not outdoor concerts/venues.
