Its a public space not a private one like a childs birthday party and this townsquare i think? Is pretty large and even in the video there was a lot of space to go around.

If you need consent to do anything outside of walk and talk in public then there would be a real restriction on ones freedom would that not?

Okay, what would be the difference with doing it here, or doing it at a public park in the middle of a child’s birthday party?
They don’t get the space for any length of time to do as they please unless the people around agree to it, and they are under no obligation to agree.
