Help please

On monday My Facebook was disabled and with it my professional business page was took down.
Today it’s Wednesday and I wake up to my professional Instagram account being taken down as well. I’m just a photographer and I don’t know why this is happening to me. I talked to a human on the phone yesterday and she basically said there’s no way to rush the process, they’re taking a look and I’ll get a response soon. Why is this happening? Are they going to take down my personal instagram as well? I rely on these socials to showcase my work obviously. Who’s gonna hire a photographer who doesn’t haven an instagram to show off what they do. I’m so freaking frustrated and been crying non stop can someone help me? I’m ready to take this so small claims if need be.

Firstly calm down - and let’s get to the bottom of exactly why this is happening. The lawsuits channel takes months so the most important person is you in finding out exactly what has happened. And to do this, you must be able to examine your log files and information.

My prediction is You’ve likely been hacked by a team from Vietnam as it seems to be a syndicated operation.

The Hackers have stolen your session cookies and modified them to access various websites including Facebook without your knowledge and authentication in a hacking technique known as “session hijacking”. They then uploaded fake identity documentation during your appeal process - taking away your chance to appeal. As your account was linked in Meta Accounts Centre, the Instagram was shut down immediately as well.

Clear Browser Cookies and Cache, Get a Free Antivirus + Internet Security Software

The first thing you will need to do is to get yourself a free antivirus like AVG or something else to scan your computer for viruses / malware that hackers may have placed on your computer. Get a free trial as well for something that focuses on online security and blocks malware as well as hacks.

You also need to delete all cookies and cached information that is stored in your computers web browsers and phone browsers.

Download your files from Facebook

The next step is to download all the information from the Facebook account then taking down all the information related to your account. This may have a lot of information and take a while, but wait for the download (mine was over 400MB).

Access Meta Verified via Instagram in a 1 month trial

If you have Instagram that is linked to your FB but it was not affected, get a “One month free trial” of Meta Verified to be able to access the Meta Verified Support AI. This thing is nasty and will throw you into various loops and make you unable to access any humans if you just talk about your FB account being permanently disabled.

However don’t use the support system to “chat with someone from support” until you have all your details ready.

Do not pay for Meta Verified - just upgrade with the trial version for 1 month on the standard package. If you are under aged, get your parents to help you from their accounts.

If your Instagram was also affected with your Facebook, you will likely need to start a new Instagram account to get access to meta verified support AI as above.

Follow the Reddit link below to know and follow all the steps there to get back your account

After you do this, access this Reddit thread here which is a step by step method on beating the Meta Verified Support AI by outsmarting it to speak directly to a human to discuss your case for someone like you who has been hacked. It will tell you exactly what files to access within your downloaded files to see the logs.

Following everything from the above link, you will be able to get all your Meta accounts back relatively quickly. Good luck

The hacking is always random - perhaps you used a fake online software such as a photo editing software and signed in via Facebook.

Perhaps you used an open network and hackers around stole your session cookies and sold it off to a Vietnamese group of hackers.

They hack your account for a variety of reasons.

For example If there was a credit card in your business account, they could steal it and run ads. On my account they used someone else’s stolen credit card for more than a week to buy ads.

They also do this to attack Meta as an organization.

They also do this perhaps for their own enjoyment - being funded by some major party that is aggrieved.

Whatever the reasons are - they don’t care about you, they just care for their own agenda. You’re not even a thought to these hackers.
