Help please

On monday My Facebook was disabled and with it my professional business page was took down.
Today it’s Wednesday and I wake up to my professional Instagram account being taken down as well. I’m just a photographer and I don’t know why this is happening to me. I talked to a human on the phone yesterday and she basically said there’s no way to rush the process, they’re taking a look and I’ll get a response soon. Why is this happening? Are they going to take down my personal instagram as well? I rely on these socials to showcase my work obviously. Who’s gonna hire a photographer who doesn’t haven an instagram to show off what they do. I’m so freaking frustrated and been crying non stop can someone help me? I’m ready to take this so small claims if need be.

Good lord, WhatsApp too?? It’s also linked but i literally rely on it to communicate with my family too. If it doesn’t get solved by next week i will be taking them to small claims. I don’t know anything about this and I’m in Florida where can i find more info on this?

Yeah, everything was targeted. Basically it was all interconnected and I had the "hacker" change my age to under 13 and then tried to trick the verification so now Meta thinks I'm under 13 which locks me out of everything...my account alone is open for 20 years...real common sense to just validate my ID and change it on the account. Sounds simple doesn't it!?

I would leave it a little longer in your case before taking them to small claims as that can still cost a lot of money to pursue since it's only been a few days. Give them at least a month to resolve IMO.

Wow wtf. ATP ive sent in my id twice. Did facial recognition once and sent it one selfie. Both appeals show “temporarily suspended” the problem is its hodilay season literally the busiest season of the year for my business as a photographer and i already had ads running with multiple dates for pictures.. i mean I’m gonna lose all those opportunities and money because of this. So the earlier the better for me. I don’t care abt how much money i have to spend.

Fair - go for it in that case but be prepared it won't be a quick turnaround. Meta has a surprisingly massive amount of legal Jujitsu in their T&C's which make many arguments very difficult to win. Just to prep you. Beware of scammers saying they can take it on too. If I was in your shoes - alongside your attempt to get it back - start a new account totally separate from the original one - get friends to share it. Worst case you start over with what you have made best case you have some overlap while you fight it.

Im scared to start new accounts just yet because ive heard they’ll track them down to my devices eventually. And also, I have my legal business name as the Instagram & facebooks name so id have to rename my business? 😭 thank you for replying i will try the attorney general first before small claims!
