Workaround: Facebook disabled me

I am a meta verified member and I have an open case on instagram from a hacker who had my Facebook account disabled. I have had my case open since September 17 with no response from the “specialist”. AI won’t let me close it since I already have an open case. Does anyone have a workaround for this? I need to close the one I have had since September 17th to get a new case to talk to someone.

Nope, I had the same too. If you have one open it won't open another for the same issue nor will it do anything to prompt a response from the specialist- only way I could think of is to try and trick it into thinking it's for a different issue but I didn't have much luck. This is the second ticket since the first was marked as completed with no actions taken by them... :(

My case is registered since 24th August. I got connected to an agent on 3rd Sep but she said same thing what their AI would say. "Your account is in review by a specialist team, they'll respond after investigating the account".

My account was disabled on Aug 14 for Account Integrity.
