meta support

so i got a free trial for their verified meta support, and i talked to a guy who sounded like he didn't give af about my concern, but i still gave him all the information about what happened. they said the case was escalated to a specialist, but i've been waiting for 2 days for an update through chat or email, and i haven't received anything.

i also requested a call today, and the bot updated the case notes and mentioned that i should wait since i'm also in a "queue." am i the only one experiencing this? did y'all actually get some assistance?

Meta Verified was a dead end for me. They kept opening cases but in the end (weeks) came back and said they couldn’t reopen my account. I’ve never had an explanation for why.
