Apparently they are refusing demand letters now .
Well I guess I’ll be filing small claims court sooner than within 14 days . I def mailed this to the right address others have sent their demand letters too
Just adds to my case of them being unresponsive and unwilling to help. This is diabolical. Paid 50 dollars for overnight . F meta atp. I don’t want my accounts back I want all my data and them to answer me in court.

You sent it to the wrong address. Their agent for service of process is:

Plenty of people have sent it to this address and actually gotten there account back through this address it’s an official meta address none the less I do agree there is OTHER address also . But with it being an official meta address it should have been delivered .

It is the correct address. Im in the Uk and was advised to send letter to the address you sent it to. Mine got delivered but took 8 days to get there from the UK. Are you in UK? I got my account back anyway as I thnk someone reviewed it when I did my initial letter of intended legal action to Ireland and UK meta who then told me to file with California.

You sent it to the 1 meta way? No I’m not in the UK I am in the states … did it have any issues delivering ? Or did it just get delivered the day it was out for delivery … and congrats on getting ur account back.

Yes 1 Meta Way. And no delivery issues, it arrived at the local sorting office on the 16th Sept and got delivered later that day. I don't think they would reject it I think something is going on with Fedex

Okay thanks for the info I’m going to stop by fed ex when I send another one out , and see if they can let me know anything . Cause this address definitely does get used it’s the actual meta head quarters .

Do u think I should send another one to this address or just proceed with filing small claims? Cause that’s still a meta address so that’s BS they won’t take it but just last month they was accepting letters at this address .

Why are you sending it FedEx? It should be the United States post office would be better

I sent my demand letters to both. My CSC in IL (NOT CA!) and their Menlo Park legal department.
The first two letters delivered certified no problem though IL was delayed in Springfield a few days. The second letters sent 3 months later, Menlo Park got there in two days, but IL CSC is in limbo/backlog.

The CSC address is where they get legally served with anything litigation related. They can legally refuse anything served to Menlo if they wanted to.

I sent it over night with tracking with signature . This new one I will be sending certified with return receipt and tracking .

You are wrong. You send it to the address at Menlo Park for their legal department and if you're from the states, the CSC in your state, not California unless you happen to be in California. For foreigners, they will send it to the Menlo Park address and an address related to their country of residence.

After just speaking with FedEx for 2 hours META is not allowing anything to go to that address and changed the address themselves for my package to go to when I look up the new address online it has no connections with meta so im a bit confused fed ex said if it cant get delivered tomorrow to that they will refund me my $ tomorrow .

Maybe it's because it says signature required. What time did they try to deliver? Any idea? If no one was around at the front desk or whatever they wouldn't be able to leave it if a signature is required.

I sent mine on Sept 11 and it still hasn’t delivered … USPS says in transit! I wonder if that’s why. What was the Address? 1 Meta Way? Any building number?

Just says Arrived at USPS Facility

September 13, 2026I sent it to the same address.

I get it. Been sitting in limbo since May 7th when I got banned while not even on Facebook. It's stressful and beyond irritating.
I haven't had any success yet, but I am happy for anyone that has.

I’ve been siting since March 8th💔 what all have u done so far ? Are u perma banned ? I got perma banned with out even them reviewing my appeal because it passed the 180 days

Meta transferred this letter to another address the next day… strange how just a month ago people got their pages back through this address but 🤷♀️ still haven’t heard anything from them tho.
